The President of Soteria, Deborah A. Price, was one of the original founding members of International Research Bureau, Inc. (IRB) in 1986 and launched one of the first online public record databases in the country in 1994.

Soteria believes in intelligently bringing together an easy-to-use online information resource for decision making to customers for personal security. This information is needed to verify identities, locate people and perform background checks and necessary resources to make informed decisions.
