Deborah A. Price was the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer for International Research Bureau, Inc. (IRB) located in Tallahassee, Florida.

Professional affiliations have included the Tallahassee Chamber of Commerce, National Public Records Research Association, and Society for Human Resource Management, Private Investigator Association of Florida, Florida Association of Licensed Investigators, and the South Florida Investigators Association.

Awards and achievements include candidate for Inc. Magazines 500 List in 1995, nominated for Entrepreneur of the Year by Merrill Lynch in 1994, winner of the Small Business of the Year Award by the Tallahassee Chamber of Commerce in 1992, featured in Redbook magazine in October 1992, 1993Tallahassee Magazine, 1995 Tallahassee Democrat, Tallahassee Tradition, Technology & Teamwork, and work has been seen in numerous newspapers and television shows nationwide.

In 1994 developed an on-line database division within IRB for nationwide public record retrieval.

In July 1995 IRB merged online division with Database Technologies, Inc., (DBT) of Pompano Beach, Florida, (NYSE DBT) and served on the board of directors. In 1997 DBT merged with Choicepoint (NYSE CPS) of Alpharetta, Georgia.

In 2001 IRB lauched IRBsearch, an online database product dedicated to the investigative industry.

January 2007 founded Soteria Group, LLC located in Norcross, Georgia which is dedicated to keeping parents informed and children safe. “Safer Children ~ Better World”.
